by downloading the Ultrabar toolbar for Firefox or Mozilla, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth below (the "Agreement"). As used in this Agreement, "UltraBar" means the UltraBar toolbar, for Firefox and/or Mozilla, which is owned and copyrighted by Vpop Technologies Inc. "Website" means a World Wide Web site and "Software" means any program or interface to a program or programs provided by Ultrabar.

Spyware/adware- Vpop Technologies, the creators of Ultrabar, have not installed any 'spyware' or 'adware' on the UltraBar toolbar.  We do not collect any information such as search habits, websites visited, engine usage, purchases you have made, the color of your shirts, the food you eat, the type of car you drive, the name of your sister's cat and so on.

Use Of Software-
You acknowledge that the Software which you use on or from the UltraBar Web site as well as any software provided for you to distribute, is copyrighted by Vpop Technologies Inc.. You agree not to reverse engineer or change Software for any reason without the prior written and express consent of an officer of Vpop Inc.

You agree not to display or make software available on a Website containing nudity or pornographic material of any kind or a Website that promotes illegal activities, gambling, or the sale of alcohol or tobacco to minors.

UltraBar may, at its sole discretion restrict or terminate this agreement and/or access to Software at any time and for any reason without prior notice. UltraBar may also change Software any time, without prior written notice.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: YOU AGREE THAT USE OF THE ACCOUNT OR SOFTWARE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SOFTYWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION, SERVICES, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY ULTRABAR SOFTWARE LICENSED TO YOU AND THE RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
